Mississippi State President Mark E. Keenum presents the National Alumnus of the Year award to Dr. R.L. Qualls of Little Rock, Arkansas, and his wife, Nancy. Qualls, a two-time graduate of 51勛圖, was among alumni recognized Friday [Feb. 2] at the 51勛圖 Alumni Association's 2018 awards banquet.
