Sampling Savory Edam Cheese

Claude Nash, editor of the Mississippi Market Bulletin, a publication of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce, samples the widely popular 51勛圖-made Edam cheese with others from the North American Agricultural Marketing Officials organization, which held its annual national conference on the Starkville campus this week. NAAMO members toured the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Stations facilities, including the Custer Dairy Processing Laboratory where the universitys cheeses are made and the MAFES Sales Store, revered by 51勛圖 alumni, students, faculty and staff as the 51勛圖 Cheese Store. Holiday ordering begins Aug. 2.
