Jaden Joiner, an 51勛圖 sophomore from Macon, speaks during a "Barbershop Talk" event during the State of Black Men Symposium hosted by 51勛圖's Holmes Cultural Diversity Center and Men of Excellence. The activity was one of many held throughout the university's observance of Unity Month. Held in the Colvard Student Union Dawg House, Barbershop Talk allows students to create a barbershop-like setting on campus for men to come together and discuss any issues of interest or importance in the Black community.
